2025 PALESTINE CULTURAL DAY VENDOR RULES

The booth space will be ready by 8:30 am on the day of the event. Check in with the booth committee personnel who will direct you to your location. You are expected to arrive between 8:30 AM -9:00 AM, we let you know two weeks before where to park and unload. Bring your carts and have enough friends to help unload your items.Every vendor will be provided with a 10‘ x 10’ tent, an 8 ft. long table with a table cover, and two chairs. If you need more tables or chairs, please bring your own.
Since this is an outdoor event, if you need power, please bring your own generator.
Please note the following regulations:
- NO RAFFLES to be sold at any booth.
- This is a non smoking event, per city ordinance: No Alcohol, No Tobacco products to be sold, displayed, or used on the property
- No Sharing the booths with other vendors without prior approval.
- No music or sounds are to be played at the booths.
- No weapons or knives are to be sold at the event.
- All payments must be received by August 30th.
- Items sold have to coincide with stated items on the application.

All booths must be vacated by Sunset (7:30 pm) or you will not be welcomed for the next year. You will have to remove all of your trash or you will be charged $50 - $100 cleaning fees if you decide to leave early. Please coordinate with the event organizers.Thank you, and we are looking forward to a fun day!
